The inclusion of gravity boots means that you have a choice, you can use them or you can use the standard ankle holders. The gravity boots have soft foam liners and a strong plastic outer to give you a fit. That is not only safe, but the ultimate in inversion comfort.

You can use the gravity boots with your EP series inversion table or by themselves at the gym. The included traction handles give you away, to provide greater decompression of your spine.
